Mobil Cepu Ltd. is optimizing local resources to support its operations in the Cepu Block. Approximately 2,800 workers were involved in the 3D seismic survey in year 2001.
Currently, we are training 61 of our operator candidates at the Pusdiklat MIGAS training facility, an educational institution owned and managed by the Indonesian government agency responsible for overseeing oil and gas operations. The curriculum includes comprehensive training and certification in oil and gas technology as well as full English language immersion.
After completion of their classroom training program, the apprentices will be assigned for On-The-Job training program in other ExxonMobil Production Operations facilities around the world to be prepared for Banyu Urip Field Production Operations in the future. The apprenticeship training program is part of the ExxonMobil initiative dedicated to building MCL skilled workforce by providing education and training opportunities
